- All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items, except in cases of defects not disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Inspect Items Carefully: We encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect items for quality, size, and condition before making a purchase. Please take your time to ensure you are satisfied with your selection.
- Defective Items: In the rare event that you discover a defect in an item that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, please contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a store credit for the same value as the original purchase.
- Damaged Items During Transportation: We take great care in packaging items for transportation, but if an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We may require photographic evidence of the damage, and if the damage is confirmed, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Exceptions: There may be rare circumstances, such as legal requirements or consumer protection laws, that could override this policy. In such cases, we will adhere to the applicable laws and regulations.
